1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the use of the website angels.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

1.2. The Website is operated by SIA “Film Angels Studio”, registration number 50003608501, registered address: Matīsa iela 8, Riga, LV-1001, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.3. The Website is the corporate and portfolio website of Film Angels. It provides information about the Operator, its experience, completed film, television, advertising and other audiovisual projects, as well as the film production and related services it offers.

1.4. No goods or services are sold through the Website. The Website does not accept orders or payments and does not provide binding prices for services.

1.5. By accessing or using the Website, the visitor acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

2. Website Content and Service Information

2.1. Information published on the Website regarding services, filming opportunities, locations, funding opportunities and previously completed projects is provided for general information purposes only.

2.2. The content of the Website does not constitute a legally binding offer, quotation or guarantee regarding the implementation, funding, timeframe or outcome of any particular project.

2.3. The scope, costs, timeframe and other terms of any potential cooperation are agreed individually and, where necessary, set out in a separate written agreement.

2.4. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, the Operator does not guarantee that the information will always be complete or free from errors. The Operator reserves the right to amend or supplement the Website’s content at any time.

4.4. The Website’s content may be quoted to the extent permitted by applicable law, provided that the author and source are properly acknowledged.
